How it works

Seller submits privately
The owner lists the institute or equipment with photos and verification documents. Nothing is public yet.
CEE verifies
Staff check registration, ownership or lease of the business, and financials, then approve what appears publicly.
Buyer enquires
A buyer sends an enquiry. CEE screens the buyer and discusses the opportunity.
CEE introduces
Authorised staff introduce buyer and seller. Fee: 2.5% from each side on completion.
